These prices are as of January 2016.

A 50% non refundable booking fee is due at the time of booking. The remainder of your payment is due before the photo session.

Wedding prices start at $1800. Full pricing and details available upon request.

Print prices available on request * No minimal print packages are required.

HLP is not responsible for the quality of print products not received through us and our processing labs.

Included in all sessions,

Consultation call, email, or in person meeting.

My time and talent spent with you over the session length, and full editing of images.

Facebook sneak peek to share with friends and family of watermarked images.

Proof gallery of session images (also watermarked).

Use of any props and or backgrounds in studio. Some props may be used with outdoor sessions depending on location.

Editing and delivery of galleries may take 4-6 weeks or possibly longer depending on time of year and my schedule.

Payment for printed materials is as follows; 50% is due at the time of order placement, and the remainder due before delivery.

I can not guarantee any certain set timetable for delivery of printed materials as it is not in my control. Most print labs have a turnaround time of 3-4 weeks on average, depending on the time of year and the volume of production.

All photographs taken are copyright of Heather Levac Photography and may not be copied or reproduced in any form without written permission and payment of any applicable fees. Clients will receive a print release with digital images this allows for printing of the images paid for and received with your session. Heather Levac Photography retains the right to all images for promotional or competitive use.

Altering of images is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Cropping that may occur in the printing process is acceptable. However any cropping of watermarked images to remove the watermark will result in all images being removed from Facebook, or other social media, and the removal of any galleries and or proof galleries. Should this become an issue any payments already made will be forfeited. No further digital or print materials will be delivered. Legal action may also be taken in this situation.
