What better way to spend a sunny Sunday than being out and about with camera in hand? That, of course is a rhetorical question. I spent this last Sunday at a man made eco park. When I was a child in use to be the local tobogganing spot. Now it is a nature refuge in the city right along the water front. The brook was designed in a way to create spills and rippling pools for Chinook Salmon. Although I didn’t see any, I know other people have. Maybe next time I’ll spot some. I was just as content to walk along the paths soak up the sun and listen to the gurgling of the brook. And I did see a pair of Mallard ducks.
